Classic Martini

Shaken or Stirred, your choice!!

For a Dirty Martini simply add an equal amount to the vermouth of the brine from your olives

60ml Dry gin

1 tbsp. Dry Vermouth

Green Olive or a twist of lemon peel

Chilled Martini Glass

Step 1

Stir the gin or vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine. 

Step 2

Serve in your chilled glass with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.
